Vindictive Fucking Bitch

The Vindictive Fucking Bitch has demanded costs.

From the email update on the Judicial Review from Mums4Medics:

HewittWhat leaves a particularly nasty taste in the mouth is that the lawyers for the Secretary of State have applied for costs against Remedy, and have made it clear that Ms Hewitt was directly involved in that decision. The judge was very unhappy about this, and suggested in the strongest possible terms that Counsel for the Secretary of State might like to ask his client to reconsider. Counsel indicated that reconsideration was not an option. Reluctantly, the judge awarded costs. To quote the immortal words of Francis Urquart, ‘You might call such an act vindictive, but I couldn’t possibly comment.’

I am so shocked by the bitch’s vindictiveness that I am sending Remedy another donation today – money well spent if you ask me. Click here if you wish to do the same.

PS – the expletives here are all my own unaided work. Mums4Medics are much wiser and politer than I am; only the words in the blue are theirs.

PPS – at least Remedy got under her skin; a thought which gives me a warm glow of satisfaction every time I think it.

  1. What? WHAT? I’ll kill here. I will. What a bitch. What total bitch. I – argh – but – grr – she…

*Sounds of enraged bellowing fading into the distance*

  2. Kill here? Kill her obviously. Here, if you’d like to watch.

    Rage-induced fat-finger. Sorry.

  3. BMA membership cancelled. Might rejoin if pigs fly.

  4. Demanding costs is a tactic to strip Remedy of cash, therefore ability to ever stand up again and be counted!

I urge those who resigned from the BMA to donate their subscribtions to Remedy.

The are HEROS no matter what!

  5. Hewitt is a total cunt.

  6. Reed, Mi casa es tu casa. I’ll hold her down and you can photoshop her right here in the blog.

    Right on RS.

Iamamedicalstudent. Yes. At least we know she’s hurting.

Anne – you are so right. I quite like the idea of the 1000 recent BMA resigners making a donation of 45 quid a piece. Et Viola! I really really want to know just how many people have resigned.

Desik. There are no better words than the one you’ve used.

    THANK YOU, PATRICIA!

I think we will round up those 45.000 GBP, and will give it to You with all of the UK watching.

What a splendid invitation for public display of Your horrible smallmindedness and inability to separate Your role as secretary of health, and Your personal hatred against anybody who does the real work with patients: doctors, nurses, midwives, . . . 24/7.

The patients, and that really is everybody!, support the people who give them the health care they need, every day.

Not You, a narcistic nitwit with a personality disorder whose only aim is to split health care workers associations and make them fight each other instead of her. To what purpose ? Well, have Your former colleagues at Anderson Consulting (AC) lined up a number of overseas health care companies o pick up the pieces of the NHS for nil after they sent in You, their best destroyer ACS Hewitt ?

A word of caution: We will unite for the NHS, solve the problems ourselves which You are so completely uncapable of. The public will see that You, quite simply, are torn up with hatred against everybody who likes to care for patients, and torn up by Your self-hatred. You are a nutcase receding into the delusional.

I happily give my tenner to RemedyUK, and so will every body else in this country, UK citizen or not.

  8. Remedy’s forum is down. I hope it will run again soon.
Hewitt announced a pathetic 200 more training posts! No escape huge unemployment amongst top qualified doctors.

I hope it is not an attempt to keep Remedy out while the cull begins!

  9. Interesting about Andersens, JG; I never had any dealings with them but the two Accenture-run programmes I worked on both smelt the same; an odd mix of fear and hair-gel. IBMers smell completely different, and I suspect that KPMG and EDS smell different again. I’m convinced Accenture select out all applicants with any kind of sense of humour and in fact only accept those with a very focussed rather directional intelligence. No wonder Ms Bluestocking made it.

Remedy’s back, a7a7. And that statement made me spit.

“At the end of the further recruitment process, there will remain a number of applicants who have been unable to demonstrate this year that they are suitable for the specialist training programmes”

“Unable to demonstrate”? – Please read SHP’s explanation of why the doctors are “unable to demonstrate” their abilities. The fact that they could not provide CVs and their academic record may have had something to do with it.

  10. The juniors saga has already been reported on newspapers as far away as Dubai, Egypt and Arabia in general. Many of whom used to send their doctors to train here and I hear that they will not do so anymore since the word is out already that Britain is dumping down doctor training. ‘paying’ foreign doctors from say the United Arab Emirates always came here as this was the best place to be for best postgrad training and has the highest reputation worldwide. It was part of the British medical profession’s reputation for excellence of course. Hewitt has no idea how far every word she utters at the moment reaches and the effect it has on the listeners. Another piece of shite for her to add to the many she crapped already! We know, as well as the whole world, who is unable to ‘demonstrate’ and they are not doctors … For sure 🙂

  11. Aphra “THANK YOU, PATRICIA!

If someone gurantees that 1000 persons will donate £45 each to Remedy, then I’d say, let’s do it quick before Patsy goes back on her word and let go of these costs! Can you imagine the effect of this happenning, I mean Remedy paying every penny? The effect? not UK wide but worldwide?

I am sure Patsy will soon announce that she no longer want the money but she will do so precisely to show the world how kind to doctors she is! Vendictive is a compliment Aphra, you’re linguistically good, can you find a stronger word to suit?

  12. Aphra,

Management consultants (Accenture, EDS, et al) all smell of the same thing – bullshit.

  13. a7a7, I like the idea of 4,500,000 pennies; and you are right 1000 peeps giving £45 each really should not be that hard, should it?
    TheGOS, how right you are.

Andersons is the former head firm of Accenture, and responsible for the Enron collapse. It was warmly embraced by all of nulabor.

Interesting background information on the destroyer ACS Hewitt can be found here at David Osler’s Dave’s Part:
    http://www.davidosler.com/2006/03/angst_over_accenture.html

I think ACS Hewitt really has a hidden agenda, god knows what it is. Nobody can so perfectly destroy a Health system, apart from an Andersons Management Consultant who learned in the 90ies. Check why it does not work in “The New Yorker”:
    http://www.newyorker.com/talk/financial/2007/04/30/070430ta_talk_surowiecki

Cheer up, Junior Docs! You have the excellence, the brains, the hands and the wills to pull through. ACS Hewitt will go down!

  15. I’d have said that Andersens colluded in the dubious practices and chose not to know about the frauds which led to the Enron collapse, myself.

Enron brought about its own doom. It was surprising that the Enron / Andersens collapses didn’t bring down more, to be honest, since it is clear that a lot of the investment bannking communities were – shall we say – rather sceptical about just how Enron was booking its profits, but were happy to keep on lending them the money. Until suddenly they weren’t. Strange that.

Not to disagree with you, JG, just to expand on it, really. I’ve got to go now, but I’ll read those links when I get back.

  16. Facebook Causes might be good place to try to raise the money and in fact, its what this new social utility app is for, to help out the little guy in a sea of official venality and corporate fucking greed. Hope I’ve not fucked the link up with fatigue induced dyslexia , its late and as Maxi Jazz says, ‘Caaant Sleep ‘ but desperately need to. Time for a lorazipam…
